Why one client hit €40K and another didn’t.
+ How I built the capacity to handle both
In the last 48 hours - one of my clients wanted to give up, and another hit a €40k milestone this week.
Both started with the exact same starting point of €5k months.
Both are smart AF. Both winners.
One’s now hit €40k/month.
The other hasn’t signed a new client in weeks.
The one who scaled, followed the structure without trying to constantly prove it would work.
He operates from a strong belief - without seeking evidence before he makes his next moves.
The one who’s stuck - is still waiting for an outside force to give him permission that this will work.
He needs to see that it’s working before he‘ll believe it’s working.
One has directionality - and that fuels him with strength.
A few years ago, this kind of contrast would’ve sent me spiraling.
I would’ve spent three days trying to make more money just to feel safe again - to prove to myself that I was still “winning.”
But today I realise I can hold both realities at once.
The client who’s winning and surpassing the goals we set and the one who’s struggling.
The coexisting proof and the immediate absence of it.
And I realize - that’s what an increased capacity actually is.
This right here is my capacity to hold…without falling into functional freeze.
The goal is to become ruthlessly familiar with your directional fidelity - to know the exact moment you start drifting out of a state of inner knowing and into the need for control.
It’s subtle.
You’ll feel it when you start needing evidence before you can take the next step.
When you start replaying numbers, checking metrics, rereading feedback, waiting for a “sign.”
Trust moves first, then it appears.
Control waits for merit, then never moves at all.
Directional fidelity is that inner alignment that says:
“I already know the direction is right, even if the road hasn’t unfolded yet.”
It’s how you keep building when outcomes haven’t caught up. Yet.
It’s how you stay in your lane when every external cue tells you to question it.
These mental models will push you forward and according to one of my subcribers this edition „is so timely and gave me a massive kick in the ass“.
The month I made $30K without speaking to a single client.
When you’re stuck at $7k/month in your consulting business, you’re sort of doing something right but you constantly have to work and prove yourself to hit another 5 figure month.
You must give yourself both love and permission, because that’s what allows you to be ruthless as fuck with anything in your life that doesn’t match the directionality of your soul.
It gets weird as fuck once it “clicks” and you see it.
